At JustPressPlayOnline, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the apparel in its original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
